PR Requirements:
Australia used a point-based system to welcome competent individuals as part of its skilled immigration program. Points are awarded based on a number of different criteria.

The eligibility criteria for skilled immigration to Australia are listed below:
  • Under 45 years of age
  • In any field, a diploma or a bachelor's degree is required.
  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience A 65-point score (in Australia's point system)
  • No criminal records
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English Free of major health problems

    Documents:
    • Transcripts of Education
    • Letter of employment experience Qualifying WES report
    • Passport with a valid IELTS score
    • Medical and police clearance certificates (Note: other documents may be required depending on the candidate's profile)
    As part of the Australian skilled immigration process, eligible candidates can proceed to the following step. To avoid any Visa rejections, you must strictly adhere to all of the criteria.

    Student Visa: The documents you submit for a student visa are scrutinized by the Department of Home Affairs. Any missing paperwork or documents provided in the local language will cause a delay or visa rejection. Before submitting your application, it is a good idea to scan all of your documents and have them ready.

    The following are the document lists:
    • Visa for Dependent Relatives Over the Age of 18 (Subclass 114)
    • Application for a non-immigrant visa
    • Payment of the application fee receipt
    • Enrollment Confirmation Form (COE)
    • With this visa, you can live in Australia as a permanent resident, sponsor a qualified family to visit and apply for Australian citizenship if you meet the requirements. To apply for this visa, you must be outside of Australia, have an eligible kid who is a settled Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, meet all visa restrictions, and adhere to Australian law.
    • Certificate of international health insurance (OSHC)
    • Transcripts, diplomas, and degree certificates
    • Report on the English Language Test
    • A statement of proof that you have the money to pay for your education Grant Documentation (If sponsored by an employer or via a bank loan.)
